Lisa is AMAZING!!! A friend of mine contacted her (at the last minute) to do my wedding make-up. I have had bad experiences in the past with make-up itself and artists. However, Lisa changed that whole thing around. She came to my hotel room at 10am and applied make-up and I was very very impressed. I have had no makeup trials with her but she has such a robust experience that I did my makeup effortlessly. I told her that I wanted a simple, natural look on my wedding day as I really don't put makeup as a baseline and she did it just as I requested. She's very professional, friendly and accommodating as well. I contacted her again for another event and she once again did an excellent job. She's now my go-to person for makeup. She works with hairstylists who are excellent with they do as well.

Lisa is an artist! She applied my makeup for a bridal trial and I felt like a model after she was done with me. She uses top of the line products that stay on with no need for reapplication for at least 7 hours.

Lisa Capuchino is quite simply the best makeup artist EVER. I recently hired her to do my wedding makeup and felt extremely confident in her abilities and artistry from the first moment I met her! She really took time during my trial to capture a look I wanted and on the day of the wedding she was a rockstar! I decided that I wanted a very minimal makeup look and she took it all in stride, carefully adjusting the millions of things that I was super picky about. She truly listens to her clients and will make sure you are happy with your makeup; I received a ton of compliments and was so pleased that I am doing a private makeup lesson with her! In fact, my best friend was also so impressed that she is getting a lesson as well. Hire her and you will be overjoyed :) As an additional side note, I'm asian and was a little concerned about finding a makeup artist that knew how to work with asian features- Lisa is a true pro and I'm convinced she will make any face beautiful!!!
She makes you feel comfortable & you have fun
When I met Lisa for my bridal makeup trial I felt like I knew her since before. She makes you feel comfortable and you have fun because she is super funny. I showed her an inspiration picture I had from the Internet ,and she did my makeup just like I wanted. She is so experienced that she made the inspiration pictures I had work with my face shape and skin. You can tell she cares about what she does. I'm so glad she is going to be mine, my mom's, my aunt, and my future mother in law makeup artist on my big day.
Looking for a MUA who could make me look natural but done up
Lisa did an amazing job on my make up for my wedding day! I was looking for a make up artist who could make me look natural but also done up, and she totally did it. My husband loved my make up too! My MOH also had her make up done by Lisa which looked great. Lisa has a great personality, was professional and fun to be around.
